Use Case: Daily Check-in on WorkWell App

  1. The employee opens the WorkWell app on their mobile device.
  2. They are prompted to log in to their account.
  3. Once logged in, the employee is presented with the main dashboard of the app. They see the option to complete a daily check-in by selecting the "Daily Check-in" button.
  4. The employee answers a series of questions related to their stress levels, mood, and any specific issues they may be experiencing. The questions can be in the form of multiple choice, Likert scale, or open-ended responses.
  5. After answering the questions, the employee is presented with a summary of their responses, which shows their overall stress level and any areas of concern.
  6. The employee reviews their responses and makes any necessary adjustments before submitting their daily check-in.
  7. Once the employee submits their daily check-in, their responses are stored in the app for later review.
  8. The employee can access the summary of their daily check-ins in the Progress tab, where they can see how their stress levels have changed over time and also can share it with their employer if they wish to.
  9. Based on the daily check-in results, the app suggests personalized resources such as stories, music and soothing sounds, guided meditation or breathing exercises to help the employee relax and reduce stress.
  10. The employee can also communicate with their mental health provider or clinician through the app, where they can share their daily check-in results and receive support and guidance on managing stress.
  11. The employer can also track their employee's stress levels by having access to their employee's daily check-in results, and can take necessary actions to support the employee.
